Licence, Copyright and Disclaimer
The following represents an Agreement between the Purchaser and R&D Solutions Ltd regarding the purchase of documents from R&H Solutions Ltd. By completing the purchase transaction the Purchaser hereby agrees to all provisions of this Agreement.
In receipt of payment of the specified moneys, R&H Solutions Ltd, trading as Plan-It-Control-It, (hereinafter referred to as R&H Solutions Ltd) grants the Purchaser a licence to copy the documents provided and to use and amend them for their own purposes and for the benefit of any organisation by which they are directly employed.
The copyright and intellectual property rights for each document remains with R&H Solutions Ltd. R&H Solutions Ltd may seek redress for any breach of such copyright or intellectual property rights in a court of competent jurisdiction of its choosing. The Purchaser shall be liable for unlimited damages for such breach.
The Purchaser may not sell, licence or otherwise benefit financially, either directly or indirectly, from the purchase or use of the documents supplied by R&H Solutions Ltd. The Purchaser may not make additional copies of the documents in any format, electronic or otherwise, other than for their personal use or for the use of any organisation by which they are directly employed.
The documents supplied by R&H Solutions Ltd are only intended as templates or samples. No warranty is given as to their completeness or suitability for any purpose which the Purchaser may wish to use them for. By completing the purchase of these documents the Purchaser accepts that R&H Solutions Ltd will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, costs or damages arising from the use of these documents howsoever caused and by completing such purchase hereby waives all rights to make any such claim.
It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to purchase licensed copies of software from authorised vendors to enable the Purchaser to make use of the documents supplied by R&H Solutions Ltd.
R&H Solutions Ltd reserves the right to seek redress including but not limited to damages or injunctive relief for any breach of the above agreement.
